Worship

Gather with us around Christ’s gifts.

Worship is the center of life at Abiding Savior. Each Sunday, we gather to hear God’s Word, receive His gifts, pray, sing, and encourage one another in Christ.

Visitors Welcome

Come as you are. We’ll help you feel at home.

Visiting a church for the first time can feel unfamiliar. At Abiding Savior, you are welcome to come, listen, participate as you are comfortable, and ask questions along the way.

Our worship follows a historic Lutheran pattern with Scripture readings, hymns, prayer, preaching, and the Lord’s Supper.

What to Expect

A worship service shaped by God’s Word.

Lutheran worship is reverent, joyful, Scriptural, and centered on what God gives to His people in Christ.

01

Scripture & Preaching

The service includes readings from the Bible and a sermon proclaiming God’s Law and Gospel.

02

Prayer & Praise

We pray together, confess the faith, sing hymns, and give thanks for God’s mercy and care.

03

Word & Sacrament

Worship centers on God’s promises given through His Word, Baptism, and the Lord’s Supper.

This section can be adjusted once the church provides its preferred Communion statement.

Visitors We welcome your questions and are glad to help before worship begins.
