The Google Enrollment Application is the first-priority submission for all new and returning students seeking to reserve an available place.
The preschool office will review the application, confirm whether a place is available, and provide the next forms and instructions.

Once a place has been confirmed, the Procare application will be sent to the family by email. Procare is also used for billing, school communication, and other parent functions.
The State of Florida Child Care Application for Enrollment must be submitted within 10 business days after the Google application. It may be emailed or delivered to the preschool office.
DH Form 680 is available from the child’s pediatrician and must be submitted within 30 days of the child’s first day of school.
DH Form 3040 is available from the child’s pediatrician and must be submitted within 30 days of the child’s first day of school.
The preschool office will guide families through each requirement and confirm due dates based on the child’s placement and start date.

The $250 fee is invoiced after a place is confirmed and secures enrollment when paid by the due date.
Families may request two-day, three-day, or five-day enrollment with morning, three-quarter-day, or full-day hours.
Families may contact or visit the preschool office to request placement on the waiting list.
The waiting list is updated annually, and earlier placement on the list may improve the opportunity for an available place.
Being placed on the waiting list means a family is waiting to be contacted when an opening becomes available or when registration begins for the requested school year.
A place is not guaranteed until the preschool office confirms availability and the required enrollment steps and fee are completed.
